In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Central
Act 17 of 1998) read with sub-rule (3) of rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and rule 3
of the Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005 and in supersession of the notification issued
under G.O(P)No.70/2025/TAXES dated 8th April, 2025 and published as S.R.O.No.419/2025 in
Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1415 dated 9th April, 2025, the Government of Kerala hereby
notify the following informations, in respect of the Samrudhi (SM) Weekly Lottery to be
